Breeze License, Aborting

I just upgraded from 4 to 5. I applied both the Gemini license and the Breeze license. The Gemini license says that it has expired (I requested a quote to renew but have not received anything yet.) The Breeze license says it is good until 4/13/13.

When the Breeze App tries to run it reports "No Breeze License, aborting!".

I have tried recycling the Application Pool but that didn't fix it.

Update: I blew-away the installation and reinstalled but am getting the same problem.

Can anyone help?

I have checked our records and cannot see any email, can you please re-send? Breeze will not work if your user count is over the license limit.

I clicked the renew link in Gemini which took me to the page: http://www.geminiplatform.com/renewal. From there I entered my email address and clicked the "Request Renewal Link" button. (I just did it again - let's see if it goes through now.) Let me know if I need to request this in a different way.
