turn off black red welcome tips

usage

New here and want to evaluate gemini but these black/red screen tips keep popping up. They were nice at first but I need to suppress. The have buttons like "neat", "cool", "Okay". Maybe I am missing where the checkbox to suppress would appear or username-preferences or customize-people setting is?

ANSWER

If you follow the tips (tour) by clicking on the red button (on, neat etc...) to the end it won't show up again (it will show twice in some pages like the items grid).
