Alternative to GetPagedFilteredIssues

I am using Gemini 5 and I cannot find GetPagedFilteredIssues anymore. I am getting back a ton of data and it is taking a very long time to load. I need to be able to page this and display in a grid. Is there a different way of doing this in 5?
