The 'load template' link is not working

The 'load' link is not working, on the templates tab of the admin section. I click on it and nothing happens. I am trying to load a template I have exported.

Open a file explorer to \App_Data\templates

Check if the <1234>.zip file you want to import has a matching <1234> folder and remove it. After that the load option should work...
