Creating issues from excel or csv file

usage

Does anyone know if you can create issues within a job by uploading an excel or csv file? I have about 20 jobs on one list, so rather than upload 1 at a time I'd like to upload all at once.

Yes. Use the "Import" icon (to the right of the "Update" button).

Make sure that, for each item, you set the Priority, Severity, Comments, Status, Resolution, Custom Fields, etc, etc, before the upload. Otherwise you need to set all these manually after the upload.

The first Excel row is treated as headings.

The Import/Export icons are at top right - to the left of the gear icon.

(I think you need the correct permissions to be able to see the Update button.)
