Gemini 5: AppNav Card Alerts - no emails are sent
Info: - Email is sent to the creator of an issue when the issue is created - Email is sent to the creator when changes are done to an issue - We have an Alert Template for the type "AppNav Card Alerts"
Problem: No emails are sent to users who have created subscriptions on their AppNav Cards.
Any idea what the problem can be?
