Gemini 5: Encoding error

I noticed an encoding bug in history. I edited the issue description to: "Pro rozlišení typu stanice používáme barevné ikonky..."

After that in the history there is: "Pro rozlien typu stanice použvme barevn ikonky..."

Seems to non-ascii characters are lost. Not a major bug, but should be fixed.

Can you please check the gemini_issueaudit table to see if the encoding is ok there?
