Gemini 5 Permissions

The permissions video shows an extensive range of permissions and ability to view user permissions granted etc. In my trial of Gemini 5 I have a much more basic permission set with no audit / reporting capabilities that I can see.

In particular I want to be able to restrict which users can assign resources, and ideally to what groups they can select members of for those assignments.

Is this possible in Gemini 5?

Yes, this is controlled in the screen definition now. Go to Customize -> Templates -> Process and select your template. Now click on screen next to the relevant process and select who can view the resource field in create and edit mode.

OK, but if they can view/edit the resource field, presumably they can then allocate to any user. I want to be able to restrict who they can allocate the work to, so for example developers can allocate within group developers but not to testers, all within the same project
