How to restore a backuped projekt to other gemini instance

Is it possible to backup a project to a jason file and to restore this project on a different gemini installation without conficts on the issues with the same id?

Our inhouse Gemini has the version v4.2.1 (build 3250), the hosted version is currently the same.
