Exception when attempting to save a comment

I am attempting to post a comment but every time I save, I get taken to the log screen and this:

Only when i click on the Tab "system log" for now i haven't another error (sorry for my english)

Interesting; I've never had someone else hijack a support ticket before. :-) Anyway, this exception only happens when I post one particular ticket. Running v4.2.1 (build 3250)

It seems like there is extra markup in the description or previous comment, you will need to remove that in sql.

Sure, look at the geminiissues (longdesc field) and geminiissuecomments tables
