Gemini 5.1.1 - released version appearing when editing an issue

usage

When adding a new issue released versions are correctly not appearing on the list. But if I go to edit an issue released versions are appearing on the list. Can this be added to the fix list for the next release please?

That is by design. Consider the following: Customer open a new bug that was already fixed in a released version. Now you can edit the bug and set it the version properly.
