Cannot add comments while creating a new issue

Hi, I cannot seem to add comments when creating a new issue. The only way I can add/edit comments is by viewing the issue and adding from there. Is there a way to add it directly when creating a new issue. (Hosted Gemini 5.1.1) Thanks, Preety

That is the way to do it. Comments are there for dicussing about the issue otherwise put it in the description.
