Items creation fields

Not all the fields are visible for an item creation. A few fields are visible for one type of item creation,for example a 'Bug', and a few fields are not visible for creation of another item of different type, for example a 'Task'. What has to be done to have same set of visible fields for all the items.

I also found that the problem persists only when I want to create a Task. The only available fields that I can edit is as shown in the attachment file. For other items, all the fields are available for editing.

Go to Administration -> Screens under items and make sure the field are set to be visible.
