Report on Ticket Status over a date range
Is it possible to view drill down on tickets that have been placed in a certain status within a specified time range? Basically, If I wanted to view all tickets that were assigned a status of "Rejected by Test" within the past week, not matter what their current status is, how would I accomplish this?
