API cannot set non-visible custom field
If I remove a custom field from the Creating column in the Screens option in the Template, Process, Configure gemini web page I can no longer set that Custom Field via the API (using Item.CustomFieldDataCreate() I get "Forbidden" as the exception message. Using Item.CustomFieldDataUpdate() I get "Unknown error, status code:: MethodNotAllowed").
My goal is to default this custom field to 'User generated' if a user generates the item from our Gemini web page, or if the item is created by a tool to set the custom field to 'Auto generated'. I do not want the user to be able to modify this field from our Gemini web page.
