Change Avatar in 5.1?

usage

In the user preferences, there is an avatar for the user, but there is no way to set it that I can see. Does that get used anywhere? Is there some way to set it? Is this something that is planned for the future?

We only take your Gravatar at the moment. It is displayed on the timeline page. But there are further plans around this.
