Importing old ticket from Outlook PST files
We currently use emails with Outlook to support our customers. All emails (both from/to customer but also internal) are stored separately each issue, inside an Outlook folder each ticket. Folders names are unique in each PST file; the names are simply: "company name" + "Ticket ID". The "Ticket ID" start from 1 each company (we do not have duplicated folder names).
We have multiple PST files, one each product. We keep the ongoing ticket on the Exchange Server while we move the closed ticket into the designed PST.
We would like to migrate to a true Trouble Ticket system, like Gemini, but we wouldn't loose our old tickets because we continuously search them for troubleshooting. They are our valuable knowledge base.
So we would like to import our old Outlook PST into Gemini. It is not necessary to make the visible to the customers (so this could simplify the job). Is this possible? I read about the Gemini Import Utility but I did not find Outlook mentioned there. Obviously we wouldn't loose the email's attachments.
