Running the Test Runner on a test case in Gemini 5

I'm pretty sure we used to be able to use the Test Runner on a test case in Gemini 4, but i haven't been able to do that in Gemini 5. I've got the Test Runner enabled for test cases, but it doesn't show anything. Do I have something misconfigured?

In Gemini 5 the test runner will only work on a plan
