I am getting couple sql exception messages today. I have no idea why. Can anyone help? Details for 2nd one is in attachment

At the same time, I am seeing this red message on top of Gemini page: Unregistered product - please obtain license

I still have "38 days remain on your product subscription" - which is showing on Licensing of Administration

Seeing this message on all 3 different browsers: IE, Chrome, and Firefox
