How can I get the default vsibility value to save? (Gemini 5)

When I go to project setting-?defaults, I change the visibility field to one of our groups and then hit save. It tells me it saved, but when I leave and return the default for visibility is listed as blank and new items are visible to everyone.

This is a bug and will be correct for the next release.
