Trial install Help Desk project

On a new trial install when I click on the Support | Help Desk I get the Don't Panic / 500 error screen. All other Projects open fine.

I can go into the customization and change Help Desk projects setting but not open the project.

Are there any errors in the system log (customize --> System --> System Log)?

ANSWER

Actually there are quite a few errors(?) in the system log. 2 pages worth. I actually deleted the help desk project from the demo and recreated it and now it is giving me access so I guess I fixed the problem, sort of.
