Object Reference not set to an instance of an object

migration

When I try to use the "Gemini data import" utility (v1.0.0 build 2283) an error appears saying: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.

Unfortunately it is not possible for me to find out what information brings the problem. No logfile is created.

How to find details for this error message?

At which step are you getting this error? In case the error is coming at or after the time of login to the Gemini Data Import utility, please run DebugView (Start > Programs > CounterSoft > Gemini Data Import > DebugView) and send us the output at supportatgeminidotcom.

Alternatively, you can download and install DebugView from here-  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896647.aspx

The problem is solved.

I was trying to run the import on a Vista x64 machine.

The data import utlity only supports x32

Yeah, we are not geared for x64 yet.
