Can't set a Custom Field as a Multi-Select List

When creating a custom field and setting it as a Multi-Select List (Static options) it always appears as a standard Drop-Down list (Can't select multiple values) when added to a Process.

Is there anything I am missing when creating the field?

This is a bug in 5.0.0, please upgrade to 5.0.1 (only need to copy over the web app files).

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply. I've copied over the new Web App files however the issue still remains. Anything else I could be missing?

Did you try selecting multiple values? The box will look the same but should let you select more than 1 item.

Hi Mark,

I have tried selecting multiple values however it does not allow me to do this. If I select a value then click on the drop down again, the next value I select will overwrite my selection, like a standard Drop-Down list.

Can you please double check the "Can Multi-Select" is checked when editing the custom field.

I've double checked and the Can Multi-Select check box is definitely checked

Hi Mark,

The link provided above for v5.0.1 actually points to 5.0.0, so that explains why the update didn't resolve the issue. I've now updated to 5.0.1 and the Multi-Select list now works correctly.

I reported this to Saar as well. I have applied the 5.0.1 above and it still will not multi select. I deleted the control completely and recreated another one - still not working. Do you have a different "way" of multiselecting?
