When I attempt to add an item, I click create but nothing happens.
I am using Gemini 5.0 and all required fields are entered. It seems to only affect some types, but after the first issue, all types stop working. In troubleshooting, I was able to avoid teh issue by removing teh description field (d it's rich text box). we are locally installed, nto hosted. What could be causing this issue?

Can you please check the system log (Customize -> System -> System log") for errors? |

Yes - here you go: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index mscorlib at System.Collections.Generic.List |

This one seems to also come at the same time as the above message and is slightly different: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index mscorlib at System.Collections.Generic.List |

Ok, can you add new item when in the items page (not planner)? |

My apologies, it looks like the errors above occur at a different time. (I have an issue with an item that would not delete.) When the original issue occurs (unable to create), it does not put anything into the system log. |

Ok, so can you create items ok now? |

No, I am still unable to create items. I do not believe there was ever a system log record caused by my attempts to do so. (I was able to successfully delete the item causing the errors I reported above by using the item page, so kudos for solving that problem.) |
