Is it possible to show a message if a status is changed?

Example: Status is changed from in progress to "Pending Feedback" the user would then get a message box stating "Please remember to add a comment why an item is pending feedback.

The message and on what status to show the message would be configurable.

ANSWER

Part of this is possible via Converse alerts. When you change a status a watcher assigned to the item will receive an email saying this status has been changed. In regards to the message, this is not possible at the current moment. If it helps, when you add a comment to the issue it will also be send as a notification to the watcher.
