Is it possible to have a custom "create new item" or "edit item" screen per project?

using gemini 4.1.1 (3136)

Updated: I want different projects to have different "New Item" screens.

If you go to Administration --> Items --> Screens you can edit what to see when you are creating an item and when you are editing an item.
