Is there a way to generate a Report for Resolution Progress?

The Version Progress report works great but I would also like to do a similar report for Resolutions. It will be awesome for bug tracking if it is possible to generate a burn down chart for Resolutions to see how fast we burn items from Unresolved to Complete.
