Notification Email Subject Line

Is it possible to change the format used for email notification subjects. We would like to remove:

  • Remove the "Commented - ", "Created -", "Updated - " portion of the subject.
  • Remove the "-[Closed]" portion of the subject.

Example current subject line: [HELP-12706] Updated - Problem with Network - [Closed] Desired subject line: [HELP-12706] Problem with Network

Go to your Mail Templates folder found within the Countersoft Gemini Scheduler Service folder and edit the template.

What should we alter in the template? Nothing we did affected the subject of the email.
