In one Gemini issue the subissues are not displayed in ascending issueid order. Of the 108 subissues, the first 70 or so are displayed in issueid order within that group. The remaining subissues are also displayed in issueid order within that group. When we add new issues to the hierarchy, they are displayed at the end of the first group. When we click on the Hierarchy link, the subissues are all displayed in issueid order.

All subissues have the correct parentissueid.
