is it possible to create your own item ID, test case ID and test run ID. It appears to have been assigned to the new item automatically. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I wanted to create my own ID as the project's test and item IDs have already been assigned beforehand and I was thinking a new item ID might create confusion.
