Emails not going out after upgrading from 3.6.5 to 4.2.1

No email notifications are being sent after I've upgrade our Gemini (Issue Tracker) from 3.6.5 to 4.2.1.

I can see the alerts in the gemini_issuealerts table even after 40 minutes. My setup is set to every 15 mins.

Please help!

Have you upgraded your scheduler service? If you have do you get any error logs in event viewer?

Yes. The Scheduler service was upgrade after the DB and Web Application. The service starts without any errors in the log.

I was able to find the issue with the service. It did not do all the steps that it was suppose to do. Now working fine!
