Move Gemini instance from Win 2K3 to Win 2K8 R2

Right now we're using the latest Gemini release on Win 2K3/IIS 6/SQL Server 2008.

We would like to move our server to Win 2K8 R2/IIS 7.5/SQL Server 2008 R2.

What is the recommended way to do this migration?

Simply back up your current database and load it onto the new server once set up. Once done Re-install the web application.
