Notification emails not sent
A gemini user's email address was an Outlook email group. The group received notification emails when the user was assigned to an issue as a resource. We changed the email address to another, valid, Outlook email group, and that group did not receive notification emails. We tried two individual email addresses, and both of those received notification emails. We tried another valid Outlook group, and that group did not receive notification emails.
The only thing we have changed is the email address. Permissions and email notification settings have not been changed.
Any ideas?
