Click on comment within the item and you will be able to attach a file. Is that what you mean?

Yes that is what I mean. But there is no place or link or anything that says anything about attaching a file.

When you click comment and scroll down you will see a button saying choose file. Click this button and attach the file to the new comment.

I'm talking about a response or reply to an existing item, not a new item. There is no button.
