We are using the web-hosted version of Gemini. I can log in just fine, but when I try to log in as one of the other users I have defined, I get the dreaded Incorrect username and/or password

I have, of course, checked and re-checked the user IDs and passwords.

Please make sure that you are using the username and not email. If you still have issues please send an email to support at countersoft dot com with your details.
