Some "Howtos" about Time Logging

Hi,

I have some questions about Time Logging :

Howto modify a Time Log Row ?
Howto approve a Time Log Row ? (user create it but manager approve it)
Howto create filter report on Items ? (User X and Y and Item GEM:110 and GEM:130)

ANSWER

Editing has been added for Gemini 5.

We have a default time tracking report for a project in the reporting section.

Currently you can not have a user create a Time log and a manager approve it. The user can create the Time log and the manager can delete the log.

Run issue filter, ensure you have the time log column in the grid, export to Excel.

In version 5 will be possible edit Time log. OK

In version 5 will be possible to have "APPROVE" field in Time log ?

I made the filter but I dont understand "ensure you have the time log column in the grid".

This function to "approve" a time log is going to be added after version 5 is out.

Go to the Items page and click customize(bottom right of the grid) and select the time logged column.

I look forward to version 5 and above. But when V5 comes ?

About customize I do that, but I have not explained well. What I need is to create a Reports of Time Log (in menu "Summary Items ... Reports" where I can filter also by Items.

For example Filter like :

From 1 May to 31 May
Users A,B and C
All Billable Time
Only Items GEM:100 GEM:121 and GEM:130
