Issue with adding 'New Item'

Hi,

One of our Gemini users is not able to add a 'Item Description' when they are creating a 'New Item'.

I've checked that the relevant 'Screen' is setup to display the 'Description' field, but it doesn't display for this specific user (whereas it does for other users).

Can anyone be of any assistance please?

Are you sure that you have checked the correct screen? Remember, screens are per type when in create, edit or view of an item.
