We just started a paid (your hosting) subscription to Gemini after the 30 day trial and now we get this message anytime some one tries to enter tasks Countersoft Gemini License: Number of Users exceeds maximum allowed for this license type.

ANSWER

You have more users than allowed. Go to the Administration -> Users page and click the search button. Delete / inactivate all unwanted users except for the manager and anonymous ones as they are not counted towards the license.
