Which user have I to use in "Gemini Check-In Policy" ? Now I have use mine (admin and manager). But which is the best practics ? 1) Use user that is an admin or a manager or a sample develoer ? 2) Use a real user or create a virtual user ?

No, the user will need permissions to add a comment and source control files.
