How to allow users / developers (not managers) to manage own logs time ?

We are a small team so I need that each user/developer are able to manage(view/insert/delete ect) own time log.

I (manager and admin) can do that for all users inside item page -> ... TIME(3) ...

Is it possible for each user do that only for own logs time ?

Not at the moment. We are looking into adding it later this year.
