Acknowledge mail template change

I'd like to ask how can change the acknowledge (Global - Mailbox - Reply: Acknowledge) mail template if it's possible?

You can only change that for the Converse add-on. Create a folder name the same as your mailbox (eg. support@mycomp.com) in the mailtemplates folder of the scheduler service. Copy over all files from the mailtemplates folder to the new one and customize them.
