TFS Check-In Policy repeats changeset files in comment when tagging multiple issues.

visual-studio

Hi,

We're using the TFS Check-in Policy plugin. When I checked in my files this morning, I tagged 3 issues "GEM:908 GEM:980 GEM:1001" in my comment. The comments made in Gemini by the plugin were as follows:

GEM:908 had the files listed once, as expected,

GEM:980 had the files listed twice,

GEM:1001 had the files listed three times. (Screenshot of this attached)

Is this a bug or am I incorrectly tagging multiple issues?

Thanks, Matthew

Does it work ok when checking in multiple files with one associated issue?

··· Yes, seems fine in that scenario.mfotzlerMonday, March 19, 2012, 4:05:36 PM

I failed a gated check-in build yesterday. Since the gemini plugin had already made the TFS comments, I scheduled the build/check-in directly with the build server, with the hope of avoiding recommenting.

2 hours after check-in, another batch of TFS comments was made. Now 16 hours after checking in, a third batch of comments has been made. And they exhibit the duplicated files issue I mentioned originally in this thread.
