Countersoft Gemini Data Import

Hi all,

I'm trying to migrate projects from one instance of Gemini to another using the CounterSoft Gemini Data Import tool (v4.2.1 Build 3250). Both instances of Gemini are the same version - v4.0.0 (build 2980)

In the Data Import tool the Components and Versions show correctly for a project under the corresponding tabs - and import across accordingly. But the issues DO NOT show in the issues tab and no issues get imported.

After review, I'm quite certain the Administration Items in both Gemini instances are one to one, however not all Users are present across both instances.

Please Help! Why are there no issues displayed in the import tool & how do I migrate projects inclusive of issues to another instance of Gemini?

Can you please download and run DebugView (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896647) when importing? Post the output.

Thanks for that. The log is attached, however upon my own inspection it's difficult to see that the log leads to resons behind the missing issues.

If the official import options were to be exhaused, can anything be done under the bonnet with pre-existing SQL scripts or even a pointer to getting started on their creation?
