How to share items between two managers ?

Hi,

I have 2 users. They are manager on the same project. But, I can't share item (like bug).

The "Visibility" is "Everyone" on items.

Where is the problem ?

ANSWER

Please make sure that the user doesn't have the "only view own item" permission in the Administration -> Permission page.
