Reordering Converse Fields
One other question: I found the place where the email templates can be edited ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Countersoft\Countersoft Gemini Scheduler Service\MailTemplates\") and have done so but I would like to have control over the order of these sections. Specifically: currently the IssueComment template runs at the bottom of the ticket and I would like that at the top. Is tehre a master template that calls the others, or do I just need to blank-out the current IssueComment template and add the ASP.NET code to a section that runs higher in the message?
