How to confirm Converse is running


Converse is no longer appearing in our menu bar and doesn't appear to be sending mails through from our Exchange server any more. How do I confirm whether Converse is running or not?

If you do not see it in the menu then it is not running. Please install it http://www.geminiplatform.com/downloads/v42/apps/converse.exe
