We tested Converse module with our Google Apps for Business account. Our configuration was two mailbox rules (IMAP) targeted to one Gmail box, but each rule to another IMAP sub-folder.

We placed to each folder one new email and tried run Test in Converse. Unfortunately first rule download and create ticket for both of emails and secondary rule nothing do.

We also tested same on Postfix IMAP server and there is all ok. Mail in separated folders are downloaded to separated projects by our settings.

On GMail servers is maybe used some not standardized system of folders. This is just note for future improvement or for next investigations around.
