Hi,

After upgrading to Gemini 4.2.1 from 3.5 I've found an issue where a user can create an issue link to another issue for a project they dont have access to!

e.g.

'Richard' has access to project A and no access to project B. But, Richard Can create an issue link from project A issue to a project B issue.... Richard cannot view the contents of the project B issue - only choose it as a link.

Any ideas as to what this could be? I've got the old system running in parrallel and this issue does NOT occur in the old system.
