Don't want to receive alerts when I'm the one who created or updated an item

I set that i get alerts when An item that I'm assigned to is updated. But I don't want to get the alert When I'm the one who updated the item. Is that possible?

Yes, click on Profile (top right) and set emaii my changes to no.
