Replies to email notifications are created as new issues.

I have Converse set up to "Notify" users of changes to their tickets. However, when a user replies to the notification, converse is creating a new ticket instead of appending to the old one.

What am I doing wrong?

Is the subject of the email you reply with the same (eg has the [PROJ-ISSUEID]) text? Check your Converse license is valid (Converse -> Licensing)

Do you see a Converse menu? if not you are using the normal mailbox feature that doesn't support replies to emails. You will need to contact support at countersoft dot com to get a Converse trial license.

If you are talking next to Home/Projects/New Item/Admin, then I don't see the converse menu. I do, however, have a valid converse license that we purchased last week. I added it to the System\Licensing screen.

The Converse license should be put in the Converse section and not the Gemini licensing section (Administration -> Licensing). Please contact support at countersoft dot com and we will send you the instructions of how to install Converse.
